CFB handicapper Danny Sheridan high on Mizzou, reveals top team he thinks Tigers can upset
There are a few SEC teams being talked about as potential division champions this year, from Alabama and Georgia to Mississippi State, Auburn and South Carolina.
However, college football handicapper Danny Sheridan thinks the Missouri Tigers could potentially work their way into that mix.
While he didn’t go as far as to say he thinks the Tigers can make it to Atlanta for the SEC Championship Game, he said on “The Paul Finebaum Show” that he thinks the Tigers can win eight or more games and potentially pull off a big-time upset over Georgia:
"The surprise team in the conference could be Mizzou. I think they'll win at least 8 games and have a great chance upset Georgia" – @DannySheridan1 pic.twitter.com/1n3YrkiJ92

The Tigers have a talented offense returning, with senior QB Drew Lock leading the way. If defenses aren’t ready to play Mizzou, they could find themselves down big in a hurry.
Upsetting Georgia won’t be easy, but the Tigers get that game at home, so it’s certainly possible.
