Eli Drinkwitz weighs in on Mizzou's QB situation, health of Connor Bazelak
Eli Drinkwitz and the Missouri Tigers went down to Georgia on Saturday and lost to the No. 1 Bulldogs 43-6.
That’s not surprising, as the Dawgs have been trouncing everyone this year. The Tigers were without QB Connor Bazelak, though, relying on young QBs Brady Cook and Tyler Macon to run the offense.
During his Tuesday press conference, Drinkwitz weighed in on the play of both Macon and Cook:
Specifically referenced a busted play with Macon and Cook coming up a yard short of a first down on scramble as things that need to be corrected.

As for Bazelak, Drinkwitz said he’d be at practice on Tuesday afternoon, but added that the starting quarterback isn’t at 100%:
says Bazelak is “not a hundred percent"

The Tigers will host South Carolina in a must-win game on Saturday. Whether or not Bazelak is ready to play remains to be seen.
