The Missouri Tigers finished the 2018 regular season on a four-game winning streak and head into the Liberty Bowl against Oklahoma State with momentum.
However, on Monday, the defense took a hit, as true freshman DB Tyrone Collins announced his intentions to transfer.
As you can see below, Collins thanked coach Barry Odom and his staff while announcing his decision to pursue a career elsewhere:
God got plans for me!! 👏🏽 Hope y’all Respect my decision!! pic.twitter.com/1WrED4RXme

Collins was a 3-star player in the 2018 class, but didn’t receive much playing time this year.
The Tigers will miss him in the coming years, but apparently he didn’t think he’d be getting enough playing time moving forward. Best of luck to Collins in the future.
