In choosing which NFL team to sign with next, Chase Daniel is reportedly returning to where his professional career began.

According to Adam Caplan of ESPN, the former Missouri star has agreed to a one-year deal with the New Orleans Saints. Daniel spent the first four seasons of his NFL career in New Orleans from 2009-2012. Daniel was a backup in Philadelphia last season.

In his four-year career in Columbia, Daniel put up some staggering numbers: 12,515 passing yards and 101 touchdowns in completing 1,094 of his 1,609 attempts for the Tigers. His career completion percentage of 68 is even more remarkable considering the high volume of passes he attempted during his college career.
