Staying home: Missouri lands commitment from in-state DB/WR Martez Manuel
Martez Manuel isn’t going far to play college football.
The Columbia, Missouri, native committed to the Tigers Sunday morning. The 6-foot-1, 185-pound DB/WR is rated a 3-star prospect and ranked as the nation’s No. 78 overall safety and the state’s No. 20 overall prospect, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.
Manuel also boasted offers from Iowa State and Wyoming, among others, but he elected to stay home. He became Mizzou’s seventh commitment for the class of 2019.
