The Missouri Tigers have been playing well lately, and now are starting to have a bit more success on the recruiting trails.

On Tuesday afternoon, they made another big addition to their 2018 class, adding Highland Community College DL Antar Thompson to the mix.

Thompson, who had previously been committed to Louisville, flipped his commitment on Tuesday and announced he was joining Mizzou via Twitter:

Interestingly, Thompson committed to Mizzou back in 2013 before leaving football to take care of his son. Now, he’s back and playing at a high level, which he’ll try to do at Mizzou starting in 2018.

According to the 247Sports composite, Thompson is the No. 9 JUCO DT in the 2018 class and the No. 1 overall JUCO prospect from the state of Missouri.

With the addition of Thompson, Mizzou now has the No. 59 overall recruiting class in the country and the No. 13 class in the SEC.
