Tyler Badie made a play on Sunday that he’ll remember for a long time.

In the first game of his NFL career, the former Missouri star and Denver Broncos rookie running back caught a 24-yard touchdown pass and found the end zone on his first try.

Badie was recently signed by the Broncos from the Baltimore Ravens’ practice squad. His score gave Denver a 24-17 lead early in the third quarter.

Badie was drafted by the Ravens in the 6th round last year, 196th overall.

Badie at points during his college career was arguably the best back in the SEC.

He collected 3,889 yards from scrimmage (2,740 rushing, 1,149 receiving) and 34 total TDs at Missouri. The 5-foot-8, 197-pound back was also named 2021 first-team All-SEC and a second-team All-American.
