Every week, the Arizona Cardinals have a quarterback competition at practice and the loser has to wear a ridiculous costume during warmups for that week’s game.

This week, former Mizzou QB Blaine Gabbert was the unlucky loser, and his outfit was particularly embarrassing.

As you can see in the videos below, Gabbert had to come out for warmups dressed as the Tooth Fairy. At least he seems to have had a good attitude about it:

Drew Stanton got the start in place of the injured Carson Palmer, while Gabbert served as the backup in the 22-16 loss to the Seattle Seahawks.

Gabbert started a few games for the San Francisco 49ers last season, but has been relegated to a backup or third-string role in Arizona this year.

Regardless of his status on the depth chart, though, Gabbert will be motivated to not lose many more quarterback competitions this year.
