Auburn has recently added to the depth in its defensive secondary as former Minnesota DB Kendarian Handy-Holly has decided to transfer to The Plains.
Handy-Holly appeared in six games for the Gophers last season and made 12 tackles. He’ll have to sit out the 2018 season due to NCAA transfer rules but will be eligible for the 2019 season. Handy-Holly will have three seasons left to play for Auburn once he becomes eligible in 2019. At this point, he is scheduled to be a walk-on safety for the Tigers.
News of Handy-Holly’s decision was first reported by Jeffrey Lee of AuburnSports.com. He is an Alabama native and was a three-star prospect in the 2017 recruiting cycle from Jackson, Ala.
