Hardley Gilmore, 4-star WR and Kentucky target, names top 3 and sets commitment date
Hardley Gilmore IV is almost ready to make his college commitment.
The 4-star receiver will announce his decision on Aug. 25, he shared on Monday afternoon. Gilmore also named 3 finalists: Kentucky, Penn State and Central Florida.

Gilmore is a top target for the Wildcats. He’s the No. 298 overall player and the No. 45 receiver in the country for the class of 2024, per 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s also the No. 45 player from the state of Florida.
He attends Pahokee High School in Pahokee, Fla. He’s listed at 6-foot-1, 165 pounds.
Gilmore is younger than most prospects in the class of 2024. He was originally slated to be a 2025 recruit, but re-classified into 2024 earlier this offseason.
Gilmore took an official visit to Lexington back in June. His initial offer from the Wildcats came back in May of 2023.
Kentucky currently has 14 commits in the class of 2024, including 1 from a wide receiver. The group is ranked No. 44 nationally, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
