Vanderbilt picks up sixth 2019 commitment, a safety from Alabama

The Vanderbilt Commodores have been busy on the recruiting trails lately, landing their fifth commitment of the month on Sunday.

The Commodores dipped into Alabama to land a 3-star safety from Etowah High School in Attalla, Alabama.

As you can see below, Justin Harris pledged his commitment to the Commodores on Twitter on Sunday afternoon:

According to the 247Sports composite, Harris is the No. 73 safety in the class of 2019 and the No. 33 overall recruit from the state of Alabama.

The Commodores now have six players in their 2019 class, which ranked No. 13 in the SEC and No. 77 nationally prior to Harris’s commitment, per 247Sports.
