Alabama has spent the entire offseason looking to turn the page from the disappointing loss to Clemson in the national championship. As a source of motivation, the Crimson Tide’s hype video this season begins with images of confetti falling from the sky, and video boards and flags celebrating the Tigers’ triumph.
“One game does not define who you are, and we’ll all learn from this today,” coach Nick Saban said in the video.
Discipline, commitment, effort and accountability are some of the “Alabama factor” characteristics that Saban said was lacking in that game.
“That’s the standard, so everybody needs to understand that and respond to it,” Saban said.
What follows is a series of clips from offseason workouts and weight training.
Alabama gets its first chance to move on from the 2019 season with Saturday’s game against Duke in Atlanta in the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game.
