In the aftermath of yet another Florida victory over Kentucky on Saturday night, it has now been 31 years since the Wildcats last defeated the Gators.
That means an entire generation has reached adulthood without ever seeing the Wildcats take down their SEC East foe.
That inspired SEC Shorts to hire an archaeologist to go on a quest to find evidence of the last Kentucky win over Florida, the results of which can be seen in the funny video below:
Kentucky had its best chance in a long time this year, but ultimately came up just short in devastating fashion.
However, the Wildcats are on the rise, so it’s possible that the streak may not continue for too much longer, and the archaeologist will be able to end his search for evidence.
