Kamron Beavers is heading to SEC country. The 2024 DL announced his intentions to play for an SEC program on Sunday via social media.

Beavers is ranked as a 4-star DL per the 247Sports Composite. He comes in at 6-foot-3, 305 pounds. Beavers is a native of Bay Springs, Mississippi.

Beavers won’t be leaving his home state as he announced his commitment to Ole Miss football.

“I wanna thank my family and friends and Bay Springs Bulldogs for making me who I am today and thanks to Ole Miss for giving me a chance to succeed in life not just football,” said Beavers.

Other SEC schools that offered Beavers include Alabama, Auburn, South Carolina, Mississippi State, Texas A&M, and LSU.

Beavers is also the No. 17 DL and No. 4 prospect out of the magnolia state.

Beavers is the most recent commit to the Lane Kiffin’s 2024 class. Patrick Broomfield, a 3-star CB from the 2024 class, also chose the Rebels on May 13.

Kiffin led Ole Miss to an eight-win season in 2022. The Rebels faced Texas Tech in the Texas Bowl and lost 42-25.

Beavers should be a welcome addition on the Ole Miss defensive line with his size and stature.
