Ole Miss and ESPN are partnering again for the 2019 college football season. The school announced Sunday that the “The Season: Ole Miss Football” will air Fridays on ESPNU starting Aug. 30.

Ole Miss produces “The Season” episodes for each of its sports teams. ESPNU aired episodes of “The Season” last year, marking the first time in the network’s history it had carried a school-produced weekly show in its entirety.

“Of course we are thrilled to have The Season back on the ESPN platform this year,” Ole Miss Deputy Athletics Director Michael Thompson said in the announcement. “Our production team’s award-winning storytelling ability is a huge component of personalizing our student-athletes, coaches and even the entire program.”

“The Season: Ole Miss Football” provides fans an in-depth view into the program with highlights of the previous week’s game in addition to going inside the locker room, training room, practice fields and classrooms from the viewpoints of both student-athletes and coaches.

The program is also televised on several regional channels throughout the Southeast and premieres each Wednesday at 6 p.m. CT at TheSeasonOleMiss.com.
