Seahawks Hall of Fame OL Walter Jones says D.K. Metcalf could be 'steal of the draft'
The Seattle Seahawks chose Ole Miss WR D.K. Metcalf at the end of the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft, which many consider to be a great value since Metcalf was originally projected as a first-round pick.
Already, Metcalf is drawing rave reviews, from coach Pete Carroll, teammates and others.
On Sunday, Hall of Fame OL Walter Jones became the latest to praise Metcalf. As you can see below, he tweeted that he thinks the former Rebel could become the steal of the draft:
I will say this about @dkmetcalf14 – I’ve seen talent in my lifetime. If I this kid realizes his potential, he will be the steal of the draft. Mark my words. #GoHawks pic.twitter.com/j3HvdvtoYJ

Metcalf still hasn’t played a game, but he’s a popular guy in Seattle these days.
Considering how badly the Seahawks need receivers, a lot will be riding on Metcalf’s shoulders this fall.
