With the 2019 College Football Playoff National Championship Game in the books, the final Coaches Poll of the 2018 season has been released.

Of course, Clemson comes in at No. 1 with Alabama sitting just behind the Tigers at No. 2.

In total, the SEC has seven teams ranked in the final Coaches Poll.
