The NFL Draft is quickly approaching, and some of the nation’s top college players are already starting to prepare for the next stage of their careers.

When the 2019 NFL Draft kicks off, there are projected to be plenty of SEC players chosen in Round 1. In fact, in the latest CBS Sports 2019 mock draft, a whopping 15 SEC athletes are listed.

Impressively, seven SEC players are projected to go in the top 10, starting with Alabama OL Jonah Williams at No. 2 overall:

  • No. 7 — Drew Lock, QB, Mizzou — Jacksonville Jaguars
  • No. 9 — Deionte Thompson, DB, Alabama — New York Giants
  • No. 10 — Greedy Williams, DB, LSU — Detroit Lions
  • No. 11 — Devin White, LB, LSU — Cincinnati Bengals
  • No. 12 — Jachai Polite, LB/DE, Florida — Green Bay Packers
  • No. 19 — Deandre Baker, DB, Georgia — Indianapolis Colts
  • No. 21 — Josh Allen, LB, Kentucky — Baltimore Ravens
