The SEC returns some of the top quarterbacks in the country this year, from Georgia’s Jake Fromm to Auburn’s Jarrett Stidham to Mizzou’s Drew Lock.

And, it’s not just those guys — there’s plenty of depth at the position throughout the conference, too.

On Monday, CBS Sports ranked the top 25 quarterback rooms in college football (starters, backups and QB coaches), and seven SEC squads cracked the list, as you can see below:

  • No. 2 — Alabama
  • No. 5 — Georgia
  • No. 8 — Mississippi State
  • No. 13 — Auburn
  • No. 21 — Ole Miss
  • No. 22 — LSU
  • No. 24 — Missouri

Indeed, these seven squads should have exciting offenses this fall, especially if Ohio State graduate transfer Joe Burrow pans out at LSU.

Washington, with returning starter Jake Browning and former Georgia QB Jacob Eason, takes the top spot. See the rest of the list here.
