A prank by a football player at an Arizona high school made its way to 3,400 students in a yearbook photo before school officials were made aware that he exposed himself in the image.

According to KPHO/KTVK in Mesa, Az., 19-year-old Hunter Osborne faces criminal charges for indecent exposure after revealing the top of his penis through the top of the waistband of his football pants.

There were 69 students, ranging in age from 15-19, as well as 10 faculty members in the photo. He was charged with 69 counts of indecent exposure (a class 1 misdemeanor) as well as one count of furnishing harmful items to minors (a class 4 felony).

The number of charges could go up based on new findings, or down if those above the age of 18 decide not to press charges.

According to court paperwork, the photo was also unknowingly distributed by the Red Mountain High School football program, sold at numerous games to students and families.

The Mesa Police Department was informed about the photo this past Saturday.

Osborn was 18 years old at the time the picture was taken, saying he did it after being dared by a teammate.
