The SEC Championship Game is right around the corner, and potential betting lines have been released for the two possible matchups.

The Georgia Bulldogs have already punched their ticket to Atlanta for the contest. Georgia is 10-1 on the season after going undefeated against the SEC East. The Bulldogs lone loss this season was to Auburn after climbing all the way to a No. 1 ranking in the Playoff Top 25. Georgia will take on Georgia Tech this weekend, but that game will not have any impact on the Bulldogs position in the SEC.

The SEC West is yet to be decided and will be up for grabs when Auburn and Alabama square off in the Iron Bowl this weekend. The Crimson Tide are a perfect 11-0 and are ranked No. 1 in the country. Meanwhile, Auburn is up to No. 6 and is looking to become the first two-loss team to make the Playoff.

Auburn has two losses but just one came in the SEC. That means a win over Alabama would give both teams a 7-1 record in the conference with the Tigers holding the tiebreaker.

Bet DSI released odds of the two potential matchups for the SEC Championship that will feature Georgia against the winner of the Iron Bowl:

Georgia vs. Auburn (PK)

Georgia vs. Alabama (-7)

It is interesting that Georgia would get better odds against the Tigers than the Tide after already losing to the Tigers 40-17 this year. It should be noted that the loss came on the road while the SEC Championship will be played on a neutral site in Atlanta.

Alabama and Georgia last played in 2015 with the Crimson Tide winning that game 38-10. The two teams also played against each other in the SEC Championship in 2012 with the Tide also winning that matchup 32-28.

Regardless of the matchup, this year’s game should be an incredible one with a shot at the College Football Playoff likely on the line. The game is set for Saturday, Dec. 2 and will be broadcast on CBS at 4 pm EST.
