Booger McFarland says 2 new SEC coaches may have some tough times this fall
There are six new coaches in the SEC heading into the 2018 season (if you include Matt Luke dropping the “interim” tag at Ole Miss), and all six face some hard work.
Some, though, will face tougher rebuilding processes than others, and on Tuesday, ESPN analyst Booger McFarland named two coaches he thinks will have the hardest time winning games this fall.
On “The Paul Finebaum Show,” McFarland said he thinks Arkansas’s Chad Morris and Tennessee’s Jeremy Pruitt will struggle in 2018:

That isn’t to say these new coaches won’t turn things around — McFarland just thinks it could take some time.
Therefore, based on McFarland’s assessment, it wouldn’t be a big surprise to see both of these schools finish in last place in their respective divisions for the second-straight seasons.
