Last year, people were up in arms that Alabama made the College Football Playoff over Big Ten champion Ohio State, giving the SEC two teams in the final four.

Of course, Alabama went on to win the title, proving that it belonged in the Playoff.

After three weeks of the regular season, though, CBS Sports analyst Brian Jones has not two, but three (yes, three!) SEC teams in his updated Playoff projections:

Keep in mind, Jones is the guy who picked Florida to make the Playoff at the beginning of the season, so he doesn’t have the best track record.

In fact, even Alabama, Georgia and LSU fans would probably tell you that three teams from one conference in the final four is ridiculous. Georgia and LSU play each other and Alabama plays LSU (with a potential matchup against Georgia in the SEC Championship Game), so this should sort itself out.

Meanwhile, Clemson and Oklahoma fans probably won’t be too happy with these projections.
