Clemson coach Dabo Swinney’s brother has been arrested, according to the Panama City News Herald.

The publication is reporting that Henry “Tripp” Swinney III, 47, was arrested on Tuesday on a charge of aggravated stalking and is being held in the Bay County Jail in Florida.

Swinney’s arrest came after his estranged wife filed a restraining order against him for domestic violence. His arrest was also based on allegations that she made in October, saying that he harassed and cyberstalked her multiple times, according to court records.

According to The News Herald, deputies wrote that Swinney allegedly sent malicious texts to his estranged wife, and he’s also being accused for sending her nude images of herself.

Swinney’s Tigers will face the Crimson Tide in the national championship game on Monday.
