A Delaware college football player is reportedly facing multiple charges for his alleged conduct in the stands at Penn State for the Auburn game.

According to Bret Pallotto of the Centre Daily Times, Delaware Fightin’ Blue Hens sophomore running back Liam Kirk is facing multiple charges after Penn State students say he touched them inappropriately during the “White Out” game against Auburn.

The Centre Daily Times report states that Kirk was accused of groping three women in the student section along with hitting one woman on the top of the head and elbowing another in the head. Kirk, 20, now faces three misdemeanor counts of indecent assault, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, two summary counts of harassment and one summary count of public drunkenness.

Per the Times, a university spokesperson says Kirk is suspended “until further notice.” His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 24.
