College football’s Week 1 is officially in the books!

The Georgia Bulldogs, specifically the defense, flexed their muscles in the 10-3 win over Clemson Saturday, and the Alabama Crimson Tide destroyed the Miami Hurricanes 44-13.

It was a great week for the SEC. The ACC, however, saw its 3 ranked teams — Clemson, North Carolina and Miami — all lose. The perception of the conference took a big hit, and that will impact Clemson’s chances to climb back into the Playoff picture.

The Coaches Poll was released Tuesday, and 5 SEC teams were ranked in the top 25. Auburn, LSU, Kentucky, Arkansas, Tennessee and Mizzou all received votes, too. Here’s how things looked:
