The coronavirus has claimed another event as the Manning Passing Academy will not be held this year for the first time in 25 years.

The annual camp is held at Nicholls State University in Louisiana but due to current state restrictions banning no sleepover camps are permitted, the event had to be canceled.

In a letter penned by Archie Manning on the academy’s website, the former Ole Miss quarterback explains that the camp will be refunding all attendees that don’t plan to transfer their fees to the 2021 Manning Passing Academy camp.

This year’s camp was originally set to be held from Thursday, June 25 through Sunday, June 28.
