Danny Kanell takes shot at SEC on Championship Sunday
The SEC is back in popular Sirius XM Radio host Danny Kanell’s crosshairs.
Kanell, who’s known for taking shots at the SEC, fired another one on the NFL’s Championship Sunday. Between the Jaguars-Patriots and Eagles-Vikings, FSU (9), Michigan (8) and UCLA (8) had the most former players represented.
Florida and LSU had the most players from the SEC represented with six each, with Alabama having four.
Kanell thinks the SEC is a house of cards just waiting to tumble, but he’ll obviously have to keep waiting. The facts are the two best teams in college football were from the SEC in 2017.
With the Patriots and Eagles advancing to the Super Bowl, 19 former SEC players will get a chance to win a ring.
Schools with most players on conference champ weekend
FSU – 9
Michigan – 8
UCLA – 8Funny with all the propaganda sent out by the SEC you'd think they would at least be in top 3….but pesky #facts get in the way
