Feeling confident about your school’s odds to win the Southeastern Conference next season and make an LSU-like jump up the league standings? If so, you may want to get in on the action early.

Considering there isn’t a more respected or knowledgable oddsmaker from SEC country than USA TODAY’s Danny Sheridan, even when he sets a line months out from the start of the season, you can be sure his information is as accurate as anyone else out there.

During a recent appearance on “That SEC Podcast,” Sheridan was asked to share his thoughts on the lines for some of the biggest matchups in the SEC in 2020.

Here are the games involving SEC teams that USA TODAY’s Danny Sheridan set an early line projecting ahead to the 2020 season, including some of his comments he shared on the podcast:

Tennessee at Oklahoma (-9/-10) — Week 2

“Oklahoma would probably be a 9, maybe as much as a 10-point favorite. Tennessee probably figures to win 7, 8 games, I don’t think they’ll win 9 games, but they could win 8. Oklahoma, every year I pick Oklahoma — and everyone else does — to win the Big 12 and I don’t see any chance there. I’d say Oklahoma at least 9 maybe 10-point favorite.”

Georgia at Alabama (-7) — Week 3
LSU at Florida (-3) — Week 6

“Right now, if they played on a neutral field, it’d be even. They are playing at Florida so would be about a 3-point favorite, which Michael, is just the homefield advantage. Those two teams have really played some really good games, played a great game two years ago. I think it was a 1-point game, Florida is a slight favorite, 3-points. Tough to separate the two.”

Florida vs. Georgia (-2) — Week 9
LSU at Auburn (PICK) — Week 12
Texas A&M at Alabama (-9/-10) — Week 12
Auburn at Alabama (-7) — Week 13

“Right now, Alabama would be at least a 7-point favorite. If they played better than expected, they being Alabama, it’s a revenge game for them, if they play well during the year, don’t have injuries and Mac Jones plays well, I assume he’ll be the quarterback, I’d say Alabama again would be at least a 7-point could be as many as 10. It just depends on how well Alabama progresses in the year and if they get hit with injuries like they did last year on defense.”
