Week 7 was a wild one in college football, with four top-10 teams falling on the road to unranked squads.

That wildness has been reflected in the latest ESPN FPI rankings, though the Football Power Index doesn’t typically react to one loss as much as other polls do.

As you can see in the full standings here, Clemson only fell to No. 4 with a tough loss to Syracuse.

Among SEC squads, Georgia is still struggling to gain traction, sitting at No. 7, while Auburn is still at No. 10 after a collapse against LSU.

Here’s where each SEC squad stands after Week 7 action:

  • No. 1 — Alabama
  • No. 7 — Georgia
  • No. 10 — Auburn
  • No. 22 — Mississippi State
  • No. 23 — LSU
  • No. 30 — Florida
  • No. 31 — South Carolina
  • No. 32 — Texas A&M
  • No. 50 — Kentucky
  • No. 53 — Tennessee
  • No. 55 — Ole Miss
  • No. 59 — Arkansas
  • No. 72 — Vanderbilt
  • No. 78 — Missouri

Several top teams (including Georgia) are on byes this weekend, so it’ll be interesting to see what happens in the Week 8 FPI standings.
