Four-star cornerback recruit for 2016 decommits from Florida
Just one day after getting great news on the recruiting trail with the commitment of five-star QB Feleipe’ Franks, the Gators got some bad news.
Four-star cornerback Jayvaughn Myers, a 2016 recruit, announced his decision to back out of his commitment to Florida on Twitter. Myers was on an unofficial visit with the Gators this past weekend as the team suffered a disappointing 27-2 loss to rival Florida State.
This is a huge decision in my life for the next 3-4 years. I just want to make sure I'm making the right choice? pic.twitter.com/Yo1EUmD6Iy

In the end of his statement above, he doesn’t rule out the possibility of committing again with Florida down the line.
Other SEC teams to offer Myers include Alabama, Auburn, Kentucky and Mississippi State. However, he’s also gotten some from big-game programs such as Florida State, Miami, Michigan, Oklahoma and Wisconsin.
