Davis Mills, a four-star quarterback recruit, recently got an offer from Ole Miss and said he was interested in visiting the campus.

“I’d definitely love to make it out there,” Mills said. “I know how successful they’ve been recently. I’d love to get out there sometime this season and see what they have and to meet the coaches.”

Mills, a junior at Greater Atlanta Christian in Norcross, Ga., is currently considered the No. 3 pro style quarterback in the Class of 2017 by Rivals.

He has received more than 20 offers from Power 5 conference programs, including SEC schools Arkansas, Missouri, Kentucky and Vanderbilt. He also has offers from Stanford, UCLA, Michigan and Michigan State.

And now Ole Miss.

Mills took an unofficial visit to Stanford this weekend. He has not indicated if he has a favorite school yet.

He plans to evaluate his recruitment once his high school season is over. Greater Atlanta Christian is currently competing in the state playoffs.

“I kind of want to get it over with,” Mills said. “But at the same time, I don’t mind waiting just to make sure I’m making the right decision.”
