Alabama’s convincing win over previously-unbeaten LSU over the weekend was the most watched game of the season and received 2015’s highest rating, according to viewership data released on Tuesday.

More than 11 million viewers tuned into No. 4 vs. No. 2 (according to the first Playoff Poll) in a game that determined the front-runner in the SEC West. Organizers believe the game’s 8:15 p.m. EST kick was beneficial to its overall draw.
