While the vast majority of mock drafts don’t have many, if any, former SEC players being projected to be drafted within the top 10 selections of the 2018 NFL Draft, Mike Mayock does imagine several of the league’s representatives going often and early in next week’s draft — based on his updated position rankings.

The notability absent position is of course quarterback, where the SEC does not have a single representative ranked among Mayock’s updated position rankings for the 2018 NFL Draft on NFL.com. While that is indeed the case, the positions surrounding the quarterback position and every single defensive position has at least one SEC representative on this list.
