New Orleans columnist to Finebaum: Les Miles will be gone after next season
Les Miles being saved this season is really just delaying the inevitable, according to a columnist for NOLA.com and a long-time reporter of LSU athletics.
Ron Higgins believes Miles will be out as the Tigers coach at this time next season, and he made the prediction on “The Paul Finebaum Show” on Tuesday afternoon.
"LSU put a number in front of Jimbo Fisher … when he said no they didn't have a plan B" – @RonHigg

At this point next year you're saying Les Miles is gone? "Yes" – @RonHigg

Higgins added, “I don’t think I’ve ever covered a circus like that one.”
Miles will have an early season Heisman favorite in RB Leonard Fournette. Plus, he currently has the second-ranked recruiting class for 2016, according to ESPN, only behind Ohio State.
