NFL Combine: The SEC's 5 fastest receivers in the 40-yard dash
The SEC has several intriguing wide receiver prospects at the NFL Combine this weekend, and on Saturday, they showed off their speed.
Though none of them finished atop the group in the 40-yard dash (that honor went to UMass’s Andy Isabella and Ohio State’s Parris Campbell), they did have some blazing times.
As you can see below, Mecole Hardman and D.K. Metcalf led the SEC with 4.33-second 40-yard times, followed by some other great times in the top five:
- Mecole Hardman, Georgia — 4.33
- D.K. Metcalf, Ole Miss — 4.33
- Emanuel Hall, Mizzou — 4.39
- Darius Slayton, Auburn — 4.39
- Deebo Samuel, South Carolina — 4.48
