Nico Iamaleava, a 5-star 2023 QB from California, has 5 SEC schools in his top 12
Now that most of the 2022 recruits have signed with their schools, many programs are focusing on the 2023 recruiting class.
5-star QB Nico Iamaleava is working on narrowing down his list of top programs, and on Christmas, he trimmed that list to a dozen schools.
As you can see below, Iamaleava is still considering 5 SEC schools — Georgia, Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee and Ole Miss:

Those 5 SEC schools will compete with Oregon State, UCLA, Miami, Oregon, Ohio State, Notre Dame and BYU for Iamaleava’s services in 2023 and beyond.
Per the 247Sports composite rankings, Iamaleava is the No. 17 overall recruit in the class of 2023, the No. 4 quarterback and the No. 2 overall recruit from the state of California.
