Pair of SEC East teams schedule Middle Tennessee State for 2018

A pair of SEC East teams will be hosting Middle Tennessee State in 2018. The Blue Raiders’ 2018 schedule includes trips to Georgia and Kentucky.

Georgia will play MTSU in Athens 9/15/2018 and Kentucky will play MTSU in Lexington on 11/17/2018

MTSU, out of Conference USA, went 1-1 this season against SEC East competition. Vanderbilt topped the Blue Raiders 47-24 in Week 2, but MTSU beat Missouri 51-45 in Columbia in Week 8. Middle Tennessee State finished the season 8-4, earning a Hawaii Bowl bid.

In 2017, the Blue Raiders will open their season by hosting the Commodores on Sept. 2.
