WATCH: PETA supporters arrested after rushing field, holding signs at Belk Bowl
Here’s something you don’t see everyday.
Three PETA supporters were arrested at the Belk Bowl after rushing the field following Texas A&M’s first TD. The trio was protesting Texas A&M’s muscular dystrophy experiments on dogs. You can read more about that here.
The supporters were wearing street clothes and held signs that read, “TAMU: Stop Cruel Dog Tests.” Police escorted them off the field after a few minutes.
Wake Forest defeated Texas A&M 55-52 Friday afternoon.
