It’s Rivalry Week and that means high intensity. Whether it’s wrapping up a successful season, or making a program’s season by beating the archrival, this is the week where the country’s most bitter opponents face each other with bragging rights for the rest of the year on the line.

Here are the top 10 Rivalry Week games:

  1. Ohio State vs. Michigan

Note: Known simply as “The Game,” this rivalry is considered by many to be the greatest in all of college football. Before the Big Ten split into divisions in 2011, the Ohio State-Michigan game decided the conference championship 22 times. And in 27 games more, one of the two teams was playing for the Big Ten title. Ohio State has dominated lately, winning 10 of the last 11 decisions and 12 of 14.

Series record: Michigan leads the series 58-47-6.

  1. Auburn vs. Alabama
