Rebel Rags files new lawsuit against former Mississippi State coach Dan Mullen, AD Scott Stricklin
Rebel Rags has gotten a lot of publicity over the past year for their alleged part in the Ole Miss recruiting violations.
Now, though, the store is back in the headlines, as it has filed a new lawsuit, this time against former Mississippi State AD Scott Stricklin and coach Dan Mullen, both of whom are now at Florida.
College football insider Bruce Feldman was the first to report the news, as you can see in the tweet below:
SI has learned that Rebel Rags filed lawsuit today against former Miss St HC Dan Mullen, ex Miss St AD Scott Stricklin as well the NCAA investigator Mike Sheridan and the NCAA itself.

What this means for the current Gators remains to be seen, but this is an odd lawsuit, to say the least.
It’s clear Rebel Rags is doing what it can to clear its name, but whether that is successful or not is yet to be decided.
