Week 9 is already here, and this season is nearly two months old. Before we know it, it’ll be late November and we’ll be gearing up for rivalry week.

Obviously, everyone is looking ahead to Week 10 and 11 in the SEC. Georgia and Florida play on November 2, and LSU and Alabama play on November 9; however, don’t be fooled by this weekend’s slate.

Auburn’s trip to LSU sets up decently well, and the Tigers’ defense is going to attempt to do what nobody else has been able to do — slow down Joe Burrow and LSU’s explosive offense. Brad Nessler, Gary Danielson and Jamie Erdahl will be live from Baton Rouge Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET on the CBS Sports call.

Elsewhere in the SEC, South Carolina (3-4) travels to Tennessee (2-5) in what figures to be a must-win game for each program if they want to gain bowl eligibility.
