SEC Nation is heading to Auburn for the final week of the 2021 regular season.

It’s going to be rivalry week in the SEC, and the Iron Bowl is always one of the most competitive matchups in the conference each season. So it’s no surprise that SEC Network’s kickoff show will be heading to Jordan-Hare Stadium for this year’s Alabama-Auburn matchup.

The Crimson Tide are 10-1 and looking to secure a spot in the College Football Playoff. They’re going to be facing Georgia in the SEC Championship Game regardless of what happens against the Tigers, but they need to keep impressing the CFP selection committee and may not be able to afford a second loss.

Auburn is struggling, having lost 3 straight games to fall to 6-5. Even though the Tigers may not be having their best season, they could still take down their biggest rival, which would give their fans something to be happy about from 2021.

The Iron Bowl can go either way, regardless of the teams’ records. Alabama and Auburn have alternated wins in the series each of the past 5 years. In 2020, the Crimson Tide won, 42-13, in Tuscaloosa. However, they haven’t won at Auburn since 2015.

SEC Nation will air live beginning at 10 a.m. ET on Saturday on SEC Network. Alabama and Auburn will kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
