The 2019 college football season will be here before we know it.

Now that spring practice is over, players will get into their summer training and look ahead to fall camp, which starts the first of August.

Sporting News is the latest outlet to release its post-spring top 25 for 2019. It ranked seven SEC programs in the top 25, with four of them in the top eight — Alabama, Georgia, LSU and Florida. Texas A&M sat just outside the top 10, while Mississippi State and Auburn were ranked 15 and 16 respectively.

The Auburn-Oregon season opener looks like it’ll be a big-time game between two top 16 programs.
