Sometimes, not everything that needs to be said can be said over a network broadcast. So that’s why we are bringing you Saturday Down South’s Uncensored Commentary of the SEC Championship Game between No. 1 Alabama and No. 4 Georgia:

Welcome to the 2018 SEC Championship Game, the long-awaited championship rematch is finally here and all the key figure are on the field and ready to go: Saban, Kirby Smart, Tua, Archie Manning for some reason, the Dr. Pepper guy, all of SEC royalty is here.

Let’s get this game started:

15:00, 1st quarter

Georgia starts with the ball and plays it pretty conservatively, two runs and a crushing 10-yard sack. Smart play to try to wear out their defensive line early.

Bama gets great field position after Jaylen Waddle’s punt return, but on third down Tua throws an interception. Even worse, he limps off to the sideline favoring his knee. It’s either a worst-case scenario opening for the Tide, or the beginning of a beautifully crafted narrative Saban has been crafting all season.

7:25

Justin Fields comes in for his contractually obligated one play per quarter. Like usual, he hands it off for about a 3-yard gain.

But Bama gets the ball back and has a chance to get a huge gain on a deep pass to a wide open Irv Smith … but he drops it. This Alabama team has made more mistakes in the first 10 minutes of this game than they have all year.

3:43

Georgia finally accepts one of the many gifts Alabama has given them, as Fromm throws a perfect pass for a touchdown. The Dawgs take 7-0 and as we all know, nothing bad happens to Georgia teams that take a first-half lead in a championship game against Alabama.

Georgia 7-0.

1:22

Tua does not look close to 100 percent. He can’t really run, he can’t really get his legs under him to throw deep, but he can still draw 15-yard penalties on the defense. That helps Bama get down the field and in position to tie up the game. Tua limps back to the sidelines and the Tide retake the momentum.

2nd quarter

10:22

Meanwhile, Fromm is playing quarterback like he sucked the powers out of Tua Space Jam style before the game. He throws dart after dart and sets up an easy touchdown run for D’Andre Swift. Suddenly Alabama is on its heels and looks extremely vulnerable. Is it time for Jalen Hurts come in to save the day?

Georgia 14-7.

4:13

Jalen does come in to start the next drive, but he ends up just being a decoy that fools literally nobody. The Tide go 3-and-out and as Tua is throwing nothing but ducks that are inches from being intercepted.

Georgia gets the ball back and scores again in just a few plays, and Alabama goes from on its heels to on the ropes. That sound you hear is everyone re-working their Playoff bracket.

Georgia 21-7.

3:00

The “Alabama is exposed” narrative lasted about three plays. Josh Jacobs rips off a huge run to start the drive and then scores on the classic fumble and recover it again in the end zone play. The Tide cut the lead in half and give Georgia something to think about heading into the half.

Georgia 21-14.

Halftime

Tua Tagovailoa, the assured Heisman winner, enters the second half at only 3-for-10 for 35 yards. Not ideal.

He starts with the ball in the second half and somehow looks even worse. They go 3-and-out and Bama fans are beginning to get more than a little antsy.

Fromm takes over and continues to play like he’s trying to personally embarrass every single person who ever wanted Justin Fields to start. He tosses a perfect throw to the corner of the end zone and suddenly Georgia is playing like the best team in the country and Alabama looks like a team that’s playing Alabama.

Georgia 28-14.

6:45

Alabama needs to do something here, and Tua needs to do something to quiet all the people making fun of him on Twitter. But it gets worse. Another horrible throw ends up intercepted and what is even happening?

3:05

Georgia probably just needs one more score to put this away, but Georgia and putting games away are usually not a good mix. They have to punt, and Alabama finally hits a big play on a 50-yard touchdown touchdown to Waddle.

Only at Alabama can you have a guy who runs like he’s the fastest person to ever play football, and he’s only the third- or fourth-best wide receiver on the team.

Georgia 28-21.

4th quarter

10:50

Georgia keeps getting the opportunity to put this game out of reach, but can’t quite do it and the door is creaked open for Alabama to still tie this game. Unfortunately, the door just fell on Tua and rolled up his ankle.

And in comes … Jalen Hurts, off to try and complete a storyline so improbable it actually has the nation rooting for Alabama. One of Saban’s greatest accomplishments yet.

Hurts makes it look like it’s 2016 all over again, making clutch completion after clutch completion, and on third down and goal makes a perfect throw to tie the game. All the people in the press box can go home because this is writing itself.

Tied 28-28.

8:13

Now Jake Fromm, who is in the midst of his career best game, has the opportunity to give Georgia the lead late in the game. But he can’t convert on third down and Georgia’s only chance is to pin Bama deep and send it to overtime.

Kirby Smart, however, knows there’s another way. Instead of punting it away on 4th-and-12, why not just snap it to your backup quarterback and have him run around in circles for a bit? Surprisingly, it didn’t work out.

By now, Georgia fans feel like they’ve fallen into the Sunken Place and know how this is gonna go. Jalen rides the wave of momentum, and runs in for a touchdown with only seconds remaining. Maybe it’s time to ban all Georgia teams from any championship related events.

Alabama 35-28.

0:55

But there’s still time for Jake Fromm to be the hero, he’ll have to go the length of the field in a under a minute. And he tries to do it in classic Jake Fromm fashion, by throwing 6 extremely short passes in a row. They have time for one Hail Mary attempt, but it’s tipped out of the end zone and Alabama wins. Just as Saban and God/Satan agreed upon.

Final: Alabama 35-28.

The Tide will head to the Playoff and the Dawgs will head to internet message boards to try and show why their resume is better than Oklahoma’s.
