If you were unaware, the NCAA is using a new metric this season to help identify the best teams in the nation heading into the NCAA Tournament. That metric is known as NET rankings.

If you have heard analysts discussing quadrant wins this season, such as quadrant 1 wins, quadrant 2 wins, etc., this is a tool that is utilized to help come up with the NET rankings. The rankings are updated daily and give an idea of how the tournament committee ranks each team nationally.

Below, we’ve shared the NET ranking for all 14 SEC programs heading into Tuesday night’s games. Here are the games scheduled for Tuesday night:

  • Vanderbilt at Tennessee, 7 p.m. ET on ESPN
  • Ole Miss at South Carolina, 7 p.m. ET SEC Network
  • Kentucky at Missouri, 9 p.m. ET on ESPN
  • Alabama at Texas A&M, 9 p.m. ET on SEC Network
