Last year, the Georgia Bulldogs went 1-1 against the rival Auburn Tigers, but managed to win the game that counted most.

Georgia beat Auburn in the SEC Championship Game, securing the Dawgs’ first conference title since 2012.

This year, coach Kirby Smart’s squad is one of the favorites to win the title again, according to a release from BetOnline.ag. As you can see below, Alabama is the favorite to take home the conference title, with Georgia and Auburn following close behind:

  • Alabama +125
  • Georgia 3/1
  • Auburn 7/1
  • Mississippi State 10/1
  • Florida 14/1
  • LSU 16/1
  • Texas A&M 16/1
  • Missouri 20/1
  • South Carolina 20/1
  • Arkansas 50/1
  • Ole Miss 50/1
  • Tennessee 50/1
  • Kentucky 100/1
  • Vanderbilt 100/1

Those odds will likely change before the start of the 2018 season, as summer practices haven’t started yet, but it’s a good look at what Vegas thinks heading into the summer.

The Crimson Tide are the defending national champions, so they’ll likely remain at the top of the odds list as Week 1 approaches, but other teams may soon close the gap.
