WATCH: High school team in Tennessee wins game on wild tipped pass
When you go see a football game, you can rest assured you’re never going to see the same game twice, as every contest is different.
On Thursday night, a game between Harriman and Kingston high schools in Tennessee featured a wild and spectacular ending.
As you can see in the video below, Harriman took the lead late in the fourth quarter on this amazing tipped pass that the receiver stuck with and ended up beating two defenders:

The fans apparently rushed the field after that play, even though the game wasn’t over. However, Harriman did ultimately hang on for the 24-21 victory.
The play just goes to show that you should never give up on a ball until it has hit the ground and the whistle has been blown.
