Everywhere you look now in college football, the uniform wars are taking place at a high rate. From league to league, every team seems to have that alternate jersey or helmet or both.

No two schools have done this more than the University of Oregon and the Maryland Terrapins.

Maryland first started a new helmet trend back in 2011 when they revealed a crazy new look courtesy of Under Armour.

Fast forward to 2018 and the Terps are ready to roll out a 10 year anniversary uniform that could be the best looking set yet. The football program unveiled the new look for 2018 via social media on Friday:

Maryland opens the 2018 season against the Texas Longhorns at home, a team they are looking to beat in back-to-back years. With a new offensive coordinator in Matt Canada and a new slick uniform, the Terps are hoping to punch their bowl ticket this year and have more than a new uniform to celebrate.
