It takes confidence to win at a high level. If Alshon Jeffery has any issues heading into Super Bowl LII, a lack of confidence certainly won’t be among them.

Apparently, anytime someone has questioned whether Philadelphia could beat New England over the last two weeks near Jeffery has faced the wrath of the former All-SEC performer from South Carolina. The way Jeffery tells it, there’s no ifs, ands, or buts when discussing the Eagles’ chances of bringing home the Vince Lombardi Trophy from Minnesota.

Check out this exchange Jeffery had with NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero‏ when the reporter suggested the possibility that the Eagles could win the Super Bowl.

“Ain’t no if. Ain’t no if, man,” Jeffery said. “Speak it into existence. When we win this game on Sunday, ain’t no telling (what) we’re going to do, but we’re probably going to celebrate, have some fun.”

Pelissero then asked if Jeffery was convinced a victory was coming for the Eagles:

“We’re bringing that trophy back to Philly, man,” he exclaimed.

According to Mike Garafolo of NFL Media, this is something Jeffery has been expressing to everyone in the Philadelphia organization over the last two weeks. Apparently, even the thought of defeat is too much negative energy to bring near Jeffery as he heads into the biggest football game of his career.
